According to data provided by Leeds City Council for the academic year 2022-23, Abbey Grange Academy's attendance rates remain above the Leeds citywide average, with persistent absence rates notably below the city average for secondary schools.
Led by Assistant Principal for Care and Conduct, Sarah Hudson Frost, our attendance team has implemented several effective strategies to support students with low attendance levels, reducing the number of persistent absentees.
