Mr Rothera started at Abbey Grange in 2015 as the Learning Leader of PE, he has since progressed to become the Achievement Director of Student Development. He now has responsibility for Key Stage 4 and his current role includes, overseeing year managers, attainment and more serious incidents of behaviour.
