As Assistant Principal for Care and Conduct, Ms Hudson-Frost is responsible for the pastoral team and the support that students are given throughout their time at Abbey Grange. Her role incorporates behaviour, attendance, uniform and our approach to issues, such as bullying.
Before starting at Abbey Grange in 2022, Ms Hudson-Frost had served in roles including: Head of Upper School, Key Stage 3 Leader and Head of Citizenship education. She worked for over 14 years at Kettlethorpe High School, in Wakefield, where she learnt many lessons, including the power of catching the good, the importance of building relationships with everyone within the school community and having the highest of expectations for all. One of her proudest achievements in this role was her success in leading the fundraising over £100,000 for Children in Need: the largest amount raised by any school in the UK.
Ms Hudson-Frost is excited to work at a school with a core commitment to ensuring all students feel nurtured and empowered. She is committed to working with everyone within the academy and is looking forward to continuing to strengthen what we offer to all our students.
